WarmzBord GOLD® is a fully bespoke underfloor heating system designed to deliver rapid installation, dependable performance and complete design integrity.
Unlike conventional systems, which rely on standard panels being cut and adapted on site, every WarmzBord GOLD® panel is individually designed and manufactured for the exact floor layout. The complete pipe pattern, including all flow and return routes, is incorporated into the panel design before production, creating a numbered, sequential system that simply fits together.
Traditional systems require installers to interpret drawings, trim panels to suit room geometry and find ways to accommodate flow and return pipes around the floor. This takes time, generates dust and waste, increases labour costs and can lead to deviations from the original design. WarmzBord GOLD® removes these compromises. Every panel is manufactured for its precise location within the floor, ensuring the installed system matches the intended design.
Installation is straightforward. Following the supplied layout drawing, the numbered panels are laid in sequence to form a complete floor. Pipe installation is equally simple. Starting at the manifold, the installer pushes the pipe into the pre-routed channels and follows the circuit around the floor until returning to the manifold. There are no complex flow and return routes to calculate, no site routing and no need to continually interpret CAD drawings. The system itself guides the installation.
Because flow and return routes are incorporated into the design, the entire pipe circuit is fully supported and protected. There are no exposed sections of pipe between panels and no improvised channels cut on site. Every component forms part of a single integrated system, resulting in a neat, repeatable installation while reducing the risk of pipe movement or damage.
The benefits extend beyond installation speed. Less cutting means less dust, reduced waste and a cleaner working environment. Time spent measuring, modifying and interpreting drawings is replaced by straightforward assembly, reducing the potential for installation errors. Coordination with other trades becomes easier and quality becomes more repeatable across multiple units.
Because the entire floor is designed as one complete system, pipe layouts can be optimised rather than constrained by standard panel sizes. Heat outputs remain predictable, manifold connections are predetermined and the installed floor precisely reflects the original design intent. The result is greater consistency, improved quality control and shorter installation times.
WarmzBord GOLD® is particularly suited to repeat house types, apartment developments, modular construction and off-site manufacturing, where speed, consistency and repeatability are critical. Once a design has been developed, it can be stored and reproduced repeatedly, ensuring every installation delivers the same proven performance every time.
At its core, WarmzBord GOLD® transforms underfloor heating from a construction process into an assembly process. Panels arrive numbered, sequenced and ready to install. Lay the panels in order, start at the manifold and follow the routed channels until the circuit returns to the manifold. No cutting. No improvised flow and return routes. No guesswork.
Should site conditions change, the system retains the flexibility of conventional routed panels. Individual panels can still be modified on site if required, or standard panel designs can be incorporated, ensuring that bespoke design never comes at the expense of practicality.
Each bespoke panel is manufactured from a low-build-up 16mm composite construction comprising a 4mm cement fibre upper layer, an 8mm insulation core and a 4mm cement fibre lower layer, with a bonded aluminium heat diffuser for rapid response and even heat distribution.
